Bluetooth Mic for 2004, 530i

Hello Guys,

Recently my mechanic activated my bluetooth option for 2004 530i.

I am able to pair my Iphone 4s; every things work perfect except other party cant hear my voice but I can hear them clearly.

I poped out the mic on roof next to SOS button; I see wire is connected to connector but still no voice.

I checked in my trunk and see 2 boxes with cables on it so I pressed all the connectors and found one was loose as I heard clicked sound. I pressed the phone button on steering and I hear voice recog but still mic is unable to hear my voice.

Please advise how to resolve or mic is went bad; should I buy new mic or do I have to run new cable and how.
