For a more informed opinion on the cars (ie actual owners of the 07s etc that you're worried about) check out e90post.com, n54tech.com, bimmerboost.com.

I agree with the others that mentioned a mint 07 335i is not going to be a cheap purchase (especially with remaining BMW warranty).

Just do a quick autotrader.ca search for private CPO warranty cars and ensure the prev owner kept up with the maintenance. Theres a reason those 3rd party dealer cars are cheap (why would they take a loss if they know its worth more?)
