First Bimmer (530i 5 spd)

Just picked up an '01 530i 5 spd (cosmos black) w/ 150k kms for a daily driver.
Took it to Bimmersport and everything checked out except the oil pan gasket adn the Crankcase ventilation. That'll be taken care of next week along with CDV delete.
I plan to 'upgrade' things only when necessary. Rad will be replaced with Zionsville unit sooner than later though as preventative maintenance.
Struts/springs will be replaced with coilovers when necessary. Until then minor things like Rogue short shift kit, UUC DSSR & ZHP shift knob are bring installed for my daily sanity.
New wheels come spring once my OEM wheels sell (see classifieds).

This isn't mine but the weather has been so crappy I haven't taken pics of it as yet.

Style 42's are sold. Just waiting for spring to figure out what's next. I'm thinking a 2-3 piece step lip 18" wheel. I dont know why but I've always thought German cars look great with a step lip.
