Nope just do what he says.....google "dealer autocheck inurl:vin" then use a recent result from a dealership.....mine was a ford dealer somewhere in the states.....then remove the vin # in the url bar do not remove the whole address and replace that vin # with yours and hit enter.

Looks like the vin has been encrypted (still the string at the end but need to know their encryption scheme and apply it to your VIN...)
