Really? Just swap it out and it will be better then the turbo? Will it mount up the same and will it mount up to my getrag 260 tranny?

m50b20 150hp i would like to make it atleast 200hp, i could just swap for an m30, wit 208hp but i like that its the original euro engine not found in canada or the states, and the feul consumption on an m30 is rediculous!!

I'm not sure if the manifold is the same as the b25. If not, you'll have a really hard time tracking down a manifold for it, likely needing a custom one made. Be prepared for loads of work, learning and unexpected turns with a turbo.
Why not swap a m50b25 in? Probably a straight swap, close to 200hp.

Well the link on my first post shows a basic kit that includes a turbo exhaust header also a turbo and partial install kit, i believe ill need an intercooler and intake, also low comp pistons and short connecting rods to get a lower comp. ratio

If im gunna do all that new injectors and higher pressure fuel pump is in order, i wanna stay away from engine swaps, but like if its my only choice then ill just pick up a 540i later in life

You certainly don't need to open the bottom end. Heck, you probably don't even need to remove the head. Low comp pistons, etc, or not necessary at all for a 200hp goal.
You'll need:
-manifold
-turbo
-oil feed
-oil return
-intercooler + piping
-bov / wastegast
-exhaust (downpipe, merge into exhaust)
-fuel injectors
-engine management
-loads of time
Pretty much it really.
