Picked up a 3.91 LSD yesterday. Thanks to SiR for the heads up! I'll try and put it in this weekend but I want to open it up and replace the seal and fill it with some fresh fluid.
Nice build Steve! For exhaust, I would also the Active Autowerke Gen 3, or one of the UUC exhausts. I love my AA Gen3 on my swap, and our customer's s54 e36 sounds great with that set-up as well!
I've followed your build and the other castro cars. For the exhaust I'm trying to get my hands on an eisenmann race. I think its the best sounding muffler for the E36 and with a free flowing S54 it would probably sound insane.

It will sound very good, probably more even aggressive and raspier then mine! You may want to run a center muffler, as the Eisenmann is one of the loudest systems out there and will make your car MUCH louder then it currently is.
Also, let me know if you'd be interested in one of our CSL "style" airboxes.
So after a few days of running around due to stripped bolts I finally finished installing the turner rear camber arms and 3.91 LSD. The diff REALLLLLLLY brought the engine to life and its just ridiculous now... here's a pic midway
through.
The outer bolts were pretty much seized in the ball-joints so I had to replace the whole ball-joint. The front diff bolt thread was stripped so I had to take the diff in and out like 4 time (I'm a pro at this now lol) In the end I had the threads drilled out and stuck a timesert in there. Now it threads in beautifully and holds that 70 ft-lb torque spec.
Took a trip out to Cayuga with my brother and some friends for a little fun. It was my first time ever at that drag strip and this was the best I could do in 4 passes. A transformer blew so the lights went out and the strip closed early. I'm the right lane, left lane was an ls swapped 240sx.
With a proper launch and a good 60 ft it should easily be in the 12's. 2.5 60 ft
lol thanks but nothing really to be proud of. Even though the launch was shit I was expecting the trap to be at least 110 mph. Could've just been the weather conditions (almost 90% humidity that night) and track prep. My brother has a couple videos on his phone. I'll see if I can upload them later.
