Coolant Leak... head?

Hello All!

So... my 328is has been leaking some coolant the past few months.. (more like a year )

The leak APPEARS to be coming from the back right corner of the block right where the head and the block meet. GREAT I'm thinking, head gasket.

My issue, Power is GREAT (same), no mixing and my leak down test came up perfect. Strange for a leaking HG I would think.

Now I don't find much mention of these cars blowing HG's online, esp at only 240km with 0 over heating. (I've owned the car for the last 4 years and 120,000KM)

I know there is also a heater core hose on the back of the head, what are the chances only this is leaking? (Its not the hose as I can see that with mirrors and some strange head positioning)

Anyone have any tips for getting a peak back there? Other then removing the manifold?
