Bring it back!

Hello Max.

Haven't been on this forum for a while, so I thought I would make a come back with a project that I started in the summer time, but due to education and limited funds she was put to rest. I plan on getting my car going as soon as possible.

Basically during the summer I was browsing threw Kijiji where I saw this e36 318i up for sale.. 500$, body looks pretty good from what was displayed so I went to check it out. Body looked really good! Black seats not on rip, diamond swarts metalic Remus exhaust and so on.. downfall is the engine was licked. Concidering the body and interior looked amazing I figured hey why not... little project for the summer. So I brought the car home and next day started taking this car a part, mean while looking for a new engine to put inside. I came across another m44 engine with 160,000KM on called the dude went to his shop and took out the engine.. And GOT A THE TRANNY ALONG SIDE WITH A SUBFRAME STEERING RACK FOR 350 BUCKS!. Ahem*

So installed the engine, got her started and drove her around.. she drives like a dream! Until I encountered the most annoying inconvenience. Starter went. This is where the project paused. I am resuming as of wednesday so Ill post pics of what I have thus far.

Whoa. How does a starter stop a man who lifted an engine in?
