just talked to the dealer.. these plp have no idea what it is because their diagram shows a different layout (same as real oem). The car is mostly stock so the odds are oil housing is original from factory. Good to know they are great help!! lol..
If anyone have experience with this type of leak please let me know.. thinking of using one of the make a gaskets products.. what u guys think?

The seem like your basic O rings ... can't match them at a hydraulic supply or something? They don't seem to be available as seperate part for any year filter housings

got some look alikes from princess auto but still leaking.. been reading about this topic in other forums and apparently BMW do no sell these o-rings they want you to buy new filter housing. It has been suggested in other forums to use Viton 1000-118 o-rings... Any ideas where I can buy these in ontario?
Thanks

well keep in mind that the original ones are pretty flat and hard just from being in that car since 1992. I just picked up a set that look similar and that fit the cilynder. On the site note I did not apply the make a gasket product. I am guessing they were a little too small.. or too much pressuere caused the leak

I replaced mine last winter too with dealer OEM parts but had to give them the part number.
Part number was hard to find on the web, so I think I kept the baggy or wrote it somewhere. I'll check at home tonight and get back to you.

Part # 11-42-1-709-513, dealer charged $6 each!! Fit seemed too large but it stopped the leak.
Found it on this forum last year:
