^^ Take it to RMP man, check wth is going on. That's weird that the headgasket leaks to the outside.

The cooling system block drain plug is in that area. If you have no other symptoms, maybe it just worked its way loose?

+1. Or it could be a badly corroded freeze plug. Do you have the right mix of coolant to water in there? Are you adding straight water?
