cleaning m50 manifold

I just picked up a m50 intake manifold for my m52, gonna swap it in the spring time, the only issue i have is that looking inside it is really dirty, there is a very thin coating of oil inside, and since the manifold was sitting in a dirty spot there is a hole bunch of dust and dirt almost looks like sand that has stuck to the oil inside, what would be the best way to clean this out? i dont think its a good idea to install it like that but i also think just drenching it in water maybe using compressed air or a pressure washer wont do to much i need something to break the oil down in the walls, any suggestions of what i can do without damaging the manifold?? will try to put up some crappy cam pics as soon as i get a chance

Air intake cleaner bought at your local garage or canadian tire will do it the fastest, you can also use break cleaner.

Spray it with SuperClean and wash it out. Its a heavyduty degreaser you can buy at Crappy Tire, Walmart, etc. Its a Purple spray bottle.

i wouldn't use brake cleaner, but no, you'll be fine.

break cleaner will be fine if the lable says abs sensor safe i use break cleaner to clean most of the manifolds at the shop i work at.
