Ballpark figure on swaping a s52 into a 94 325i

How much $$$ would it take to swap a s52 into my 94 325i??? I know there are many ways to do this kind of swap but i would like the best bang for the buck. I'm not to sure what is exactlly needed for the swap either soo if anyone could help me out on HOW MUCHH?? WHAT IS NEEDED?? IS IT WORTH IT?? ARE THERE ANY MAJOR KNOWN PROBLEMS THAT OCCUR WHEN DOING THE SWAPP?? ETC... any input is appreciated.

I did it in my 93 E36 about 5 years ago and it cost me 8K but that also included a set of remus headers and an alocohol injection intercooler which go for $1800. It is well worth the investment if you plan on keeping the car a long time.

Thanks for the input. It cost you 8k five years ago so, I'm assuming it will be about half that price now? Maybe even less than half minus the headers and injectors of course. Lol

Probably, i've seen motors going for about 3k, but there gonna have some miles on them. When I bought mine it only had 11k miles on it.
