Yes Registration is to be done electronically. If you are not a member, you won't be able to register electronically in which case you'll register in person the morning of. This is in an effort expedite registrations in the am.

If you can't make it after pre-registering we will issue a credit towards another event. There are no weather related refunds. It is a competition event rain/snow/sun.
