Has anyone imported an E90 recently, that can comment on the gauge replacement fiasco?
Im looking at a 2006 330i being sold by a private seller.
The seller has agreed to take it to his local BMW dealer for an inspection on my behalf.
I contacted the durham BMW dealership and was quoted 2700-3000 for a Clearance letter, including gauge swap, labour and fees.
My question is:
Would a clearance letter from the US BMW dealer be enough documentation, if they were to perform the DRL and kph/mph modification?
