Fender rolling

Unfortunately i missed the weekend where most ppl rolled their fenders last summer.

Looking to make a new event or some info to where (shop) I should bring my car to roll my fenders.

Thanks

I organized that last summer

pretty cheap to rent, and better yet pays for itself when you get a few buddies in on it and make a day of it.

cost me $60+$300 security deposit...just be carefull with it (as the pins can break on them), if you don't use it propely

I'm in if this is going to be an event.

I think I need my e90 rear fenders rolled. Pushing limits

Tekals 04-05-2013 01:28 AM

I don't mind making an event, maybe we should invite some1 with experience so everything can go smoother.

I could take care of the rental, i don't mind as long as it is clear that i'm not assuming 100% of the cost if something bad happens. As for the location, i'm far on the gatineau side, we could use a better location so there's less driving for every1 or I could ask my brother if he's ok hosting this event, afterall its his home and garage :P. We could provide a bbq and ppl bring their own food and beverages.

We'll see if other ppl are interested to schedule a date. I'm not in a hurry yet as I have to get a new diff ready and weld my camber//toe correction kit. Then i can buy tires and spacers :)

I'm new here but I'd be in as well. My fenders need a little rolling with the new spacers on the e46.

My brother is fine with doing it at his place, but we have to stay outside and limit ourselves to the bathroom when necessary, hope you guys understand. But hey, if any1 has a better option we'd like to hear it!!!

There could be more ppl!! So far

I need a bit more rolling. I'm definitly in!

Liang 05-01-2013 05:12 PM

Thats awesome that your brother is offering his place. I don't think we'll have as many people as last year but we should be good with 7-10 people don't you think?

My e36 M3 could use rolling but I'm a couple hours out of town. If this happens on a weekend I could very well want to join in. ...Or I go into town twice every second weekend (in and back Friday late afternoon/evening and then all over again Sunday night) to pick up and drop off my daughter.

So is anyone serious about this? I'm going to rent the fender roller very soon.

captain E34 08-08-2013 05:26 PM

how much would it be if i wanted in on it? my front fenders are cutting up my tires lol

Liang 08-08-2013 05:54 PM

If its just you and me then you pay $20.
If there is another person then I'll charge $15 flat fee for everyone involved.

I'm planning to do this next Saturday, weather permitting.

captain E34 08-08-2013 07:53 PM

Thats pretty good, i know nothing about how to do it, can it be used on the rear aswell? Front fenders seems easier to fold then the rear quarters which are more solid

Liang 08-08-2013 08:06 PM

I'll be rolling the rears on my e92 which is soft according to the research I did.

I'm not sure what car fenders you'll be rolling, it would be best to search on the forums.
