my blower motor stopped working so im putting in a new one in and i destroyed it taking the old one out how can i get the new one in with out breaking it

Um, generally speaking, be careful? Maybe lubriacate the points of contact, take your time and make sure you follow instructions to the letter...

Did you buy a pre assembled fan or get the one with removable cages?

If you answer no, then you're ****ed. The one piece fans are an absolute nightmare, and require significant deflection of the cage to get it in. Must be VERY careful or else you will break them. The good news is that new plastic is much more ductile than 14+ year old plastic.

Used = waste of time and money.

Learned the hard way

Typically the best lesson though, won't be easily forgotten. I thought I had the same issue back in the fall, turned out to be the clip that holds the plastic shield broke and jammed the blades. Dodged a bullet on that one. There is a specific method to putting it in, there is lots of info available online on it so make sure you read up on it.
