Groupon/Teambuy etc. Detailing Deals
 

Has anyone tried buying one of those detailing deals from Groupon/Teambuy or similar places? I see a lot of deals during the Spring and Summer, ie $50 for $150 Detailing job (wash, clay, wax, etc).

Did anyone try one and they did a less than decent job (as they would have with a fully paid one)?

Always wanted to get them but paranoid that some places would skimp out *sad*

When you get there, they will try to upsell. Tell them straight up your not looking for more.

I personally detail cars myself as a living, I would never trust anything at that price, how can they possibly make money and do a good job on it. Good work = time. Time=money. I'd like to give it a try..
