mirrors wont fold
 

my 2004 bmw X5 4.4i the mirrors have stopped folding how do i fix it ?

There is a micro-switch behind both mirror trim. Careful when removing. These micro-switches are quite fragile. Usually the lever falls off or gets bent. I've tried to repair mine but to no avail. I'm sure the dealer sells them but I'm afraid to ask!!
